Thanksgiving Week: Tuesday

Tuesday morning we slept in after our long Sunday and Monday...well, slept in for Evelyn.  We purposely didn't plan a lot on this day because we knew Monday was going to be hectic.

After breakfast, we went into Indianapolis to Conseco Fieldhouse so that Dan could see some of the people he used to work with at the Pacers office.  We had to find something "Pacers" to take their picture in front of...

And of course we had to find Reggie...

I secretly hoped that we would run into Larry Bird so Evelyn could get her picture with him...but we didn't! :-(

After we came back for some naps in the hotel room, we had plans for dinner with Dan's lifelong friend, Chad and his family.  Chad and Lisa had a baby girl, Alexis, in April - so she and Evelyn are just a couple of weeks apart in age.  We always try to catch up with them when we are in town.

It's always fun catching up with Chad, Lisa, and their family!  We're looking forward to watching the girls grow up together as well!  Next year, they'll be running around!
